Ahhh .. back on track. Feels great!!
But now I'm stuck! I've lost the weight (well, 2 pounds to go - but I'll get there) and now I have decided to do the P90x to get myself into fantasic shape and get myself toned up! .. I can do it from home so it's a GREAT benefit. I have made my start day for next Monda! (wish me luck)
Here's the problem - it comes with a nutrition guide (which I will stick with the SBD) but for some of the recovery drinks etc they are very HIGH on the GI index, where as SBD is low.
So here's my dilemma - where is the happy medium? I'm not a trainer, nor am I a fitness expert. Is there anyone out there with enough knowledge to point me in the right direction so I don't un-do all that work I just did?
