| :Morning: I'm just starting up this thread for the new week. It's rainy here so I'm not sure what I'm going to be doing today. It might be an indoor exercise day, which I don't like very much. This is the last week in April, so let's make this a really GOOD one! :Clap: | |||||||||||

| Hey Everyoue I lost 3 pounds this Morning still Up down Up but I am down not back to my low yet but down none the less woohooo Glad to be there. I am doing upper Body weight training no running today after my 14 mile Endevour outside yesterday it ought to be good Hope I can get er done this Morning before it gets Nice out. | Did jog today, was just too tired. 2 walks with the dog (just short ones). did go to the gym, did chest back and legs for 30 mins then 15 mins interval program on the stairmaster. | ||||||||||

| Good work, Sarah, on 3 pounds lost. :happy: Came home late after a stressful day. Didn't feel like it, but I knew I probably wouldn't do exercise later in the evening, so I did it sooner rather than later. That worked. I did 30 min cardio, 8 minutes glutes, 4 minutes abs. | ||||||||||

| Just got back from good long walk thru the woods and up the back road. I pulled some weeds this afternoon,while the sun still shines LOL. Im going now to do some ablounger stuff,got to rid this tummy grrrrr just try an find a pair of jeans nowdays that arent low rise! After three kids and 49 i dont do lowrise! | ||||||||||
