| Cleaned the house today for guests coming in next week. I plan on going shopping today, so that will probably be all the work out I get today. Bad TOM cramps so I don't feel like doing anything today. | |||||||||||

She looks like she'll go slower and not push me as hard as you gals' doggies! ![]() AND I think she'll be pretty independent in taking care of herself. She won't take much time. Perfect! Thanks, Deb! Well, today I did 34 min cardio, 30 min legs & glutes, 8 min abs.:Clap: I feel alot better since I did some good exercise. The last week or 2 I've gotten much more lax with my exercise. So my body parts have gone more south, which is NOT good. And when I don't do as much exercise, I feel more like overeating, which I did some of also. Amazing, that I used to not exercise at all! Exercise makes things SO much better! With my different, longer schedule & more responsibilities, I really need to focus in on being SURE to get my exercise done! I think I'm going to have to cut out some other things, or go faster, or SOMETHING. I HAVE to exercise to keep my body in decent shape. Exercise is VITAL! I need to keep remembering that!!! | ||||||||||

| Exercise is vital! Exercise is vital! I need to keep reminding myself. Doggie took me for a short walk today because she was just too darn hot. We should have set out earlier but I just had to have a short nappy-poo after working all night. The dog didn't understand this AT ALL! 4251 steps 4107 aerobic steps (37 min.) 225 calories burned :Whip: 1.87 miles | |||||||||||

| I'm reporting in on my vital exercise! We got our walk in just in time! Whew! It looks like it's going to pour any minute. No sunshine this morning, but at least it wasn't hotter than heck. My pedometer reset itself for some reason. :Sad2: But as far as I can tell from the memory, we did ...... 4651 steps 249 calories burned :Catfight: 2.05 miles The only thing I can't retrieve is the aerobic steps and time. LOL The dog is passed out in the kitchen floor right now. Too bad I'm all hyped up or it would be a good time for me to get a nap. :Clap: | |||||||||||

| You are all doing great WOOOHOO I ahve been feeling sorry for myself even know I haven't been able to exercise as much My weight is the same which is good right, I have been doing short Jogs just haven't reported BAD me and I plan on going rollerblading here in the next couple of days. My B12 levels are still not 100% but I got the go ahead to easy workout my body is crying for something way more challenging so I am waiting waiting, the doc figures my levels should be good by the weekend so long as I rest up and do what I'm supposed to then I should be able to resume my running and weight training full tilt come Monday next week. OPH I can't wait WOOHOO

| Moved a buch of furniture around yesterday and did house work. Today I did 5 min of bun and thigh roller and 50 ab crunches. I just found all the parts to my bun and thigh roller yesterday, so 5 minutes was all I could do today and still walk. LOL My legs now feel like the jello they look like. | |||||||||||
