| I start my weeks on Saturday. So today I went ahead and forewent my weighs and just did 20 mins of cardio on my gazelle and some arm circles. But my day was pretty tough at work so I think it evened out ok. I'll go to the gym tomarrow and get in a little more cardio too. | ||||||||||

| Hey all I done good Back atter today not hard and heavy but back to it I missed it surely I did. I ran for 30 minutes adn walked for 40 a far cry from what I was doing but I still did it YAY me oh and My weight is down to 178 WOOHOOO!!!!! Sarah

| 50 ablounger walk the dog this morning while the sun is shining sometime on the health walker also this evening , is my plan My legs are sore today from climbing up and down the ladder painting LOL. | ||||||||||

| I have a few New Pics here If ya wanna see HE HE. This is me today at 178 YAY!!!! I ran today as well for 1 hour went 5.5 miles and it felt really good I felt good which is the main thing I was only gunna do 30 minutes and ended up doing 70 HA HA HA. ![]() ![]()
