| My exercise of choice is bike riding. I also enjoy walking outside. In addition, I have a vast library of exercise tapes and dvd's to do at home. I have a set of weights and I love stretching exercises, either on the floor or on a balance ball. It feels really good and keeps me more limber. I really can't stress enough the importance of both aerobic exercise and strength training. | |||||||||||

| I love to exercise and have been since Jane Fonda's Challenge in the early 1980s. I always go for the equipment with the biggest bang for the buck. So far, the ellypticals are the best. Stairmasters are second, then treadmills. Of course, all depends on the level, speed, incline, etc. I go for 30 -45 minutes on the ellyptical and no less than 400 calories in 30 minutes. I have no issues with exercising 6 days a week, because I despise dieting, making life changes, or whatever you want to call it. But I suffer through it.
