| OK Guys now I am really Hoping I am not gunna get sick ANY MORE I had the FLU for 4 freaking days it was horrible. YUCK but, I feel all better. It's 5 days till my Half Marathon I ran 5.2 miles today YAY me and I am tapering down till the Big day. I'll be running a short 3 miler on Thursday then I won't run till SUnday my body should be good and ready for the 13.1 mile stint WOOHOOO. I'll post pics and show ya all how I did. Sarah

| Thanks sooo much I am sooo Proud of me too. I am basically tying not to do a whole lot I don't want to have sore Muscles or anything that will drain my body of energy or require me to have to repair myself so basically this will be the last week of laziness HE HE. 4 Days till the Halfer I am sooo ready and excited can't wait to Post about it here and tell ya all How great I did the best part will be the Part where I finished YAY Sarah

| Yay, Sarah! So the halfer is almost here! That worked out so well that you'd gotten yourself so strong before you got sick. More pay-off for all your hard work. Wed: I did 35 min cardio, 16 min thigh weights, 4 minutes upper body weights, 4 min crunches, 30 min yoga. | ||||||||||

| Ive been working my butt off all week out in the yard.Planted all my pots and barrels.Its been in the 80's finally,its great! Drained the pond and going to reline it ,hauling rocks to fix and make the waterfall better. If dont shed at least a pound this week then i know this fat has to be cut off LOL. | ||||||||||

| 3 days till my Half MArathon I got my 3 miles in today Last run till I run on Sunday 13.1 miles WOOHOOO!!! Oh it's been sooo hot here YUCK I'm in Canada and it's been like 32C above which is like hmmmm in the 90's F EWWWWW tooo hot. Sarah
