| I'm still hanging in! Yesterday I ran out of time. It was tempting to say, "I'll just take today off", but I got myself to do 35 minutes cardio before bedtime. For me, it really helps me to do something every day, especially since I'm trying to get out of my plateau. Oh, and I parked further away & walked farther. Usually I don't do that. That helps too, psychologically and physically. It reinforces my commitment to move & to be fit. | ||||||||||

| I took the dog for a walk this morning ,then i hauled rocks all day again.We have so many rocks to get i think i will be doing that all summer LOL.Lucky they dont cost us anything ,their all on our property wheww. | ||||||||||

| Yesterday was my first day of exercise while on SB. Today is day 8. I lost 6lbs quickly but the scale has not budged for 4 days! So I figured it might be time to do some exercise to help it along. I did 30min on elliptical machine. And weight training on lower body for 30 min. I feel good about myself today and actually can't wait until my H gets home to take care of kids so I can go again! ![]() | ||||||||||

| Luv, Thanks for saying I was inspiring for you! That means alot to me. You're often inspiring to me! I say to myself that if Luv did it today, even with all she's got going on, then I certainly can do it today. That's good, we can all take turns inspiring each other when we have ups and downs! Consistency is a huge challenge for me. It actually comes a little easier if I view exercise as non-negotiable. (Even if it's just a little bit...do SOMETHING, Nancy!) ![]() Tuesday: Again, I ran short of time. (Stop putting it off, Nancy!!) Did 10 minutes of yoga and 35 minutes cardio. Makkat, That's great you're getting into your elliptical & weight training. I know what you mean about feeling good about yourself when you exercise! :Clap: | ||||||||||

| I am here I am here sorry for not Posting sooner BAD ME!!! I ahve been sooo busy in the yard it's hard for me to get here and I have been OH so sorry but still getting the exercise in. Monday I rested I could hardly walk so that was a good Idea on my Part. Tuesday Seated chest flies dropsets 11x70lbs,10x60lbs,10x50lbs,7x40lbs ( no rest between sets) 3 minute rest Tricep Press down Dropset 11x80lbs,10x70lbs,8x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets) 3 minute rest Chest Flies 6x25lbs,6x25lbs,6x25lbs,6x25lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Overhead cable tri ext 7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs,6x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Seated bench Press 7x80lbs,7x80lbs,7x80lbs,6x80lbs ( 1minute rest between sets) Dumbell overhead extensions 10x30lbs,10x30lbs,10x30lbs,10x30lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Seated chest Flies Superset to exhaustions 21x40lbs 3 minute rest Tricep Press superset to exhaustions 24x50lbs Today I ran 3.6 miles and I did absoulutely awesom I did that in 30 minutes I was trying out a new thing it's HIIT except you time it in minutes instead of intervals well I ran the most part at 5mph then the last 5 minutes I scremed it up to 7MPH I thought I would die it was total exhastion my tongue was hanging out of my mouth OH ya!!! SO I ran and walked a total of 40 minutes today YAY me Sarah
