That's great you've got that load off your shoulders, Sarah!

Yesterday: 2.7 mile brisk walk, 9 min abs. Partial squats, lunges, butt & ab clenches during the day. 15 minutes yoga stretches to help tense shoulder, neck back. Yoga really works!

Sarah, Happy to hear your hubby got a job..

I've got my runs up to 2.5 miles (takes me 30 mins though) a day...which is double what I had been doing. So far i got in 4 last week, and 3 this week, I'll run again today. Going to the cottage for the weekend, running up there is alot tougher as it's VERY hilly. Though I will try (2 summers ago i could run around the whole lake, 4kms, no problem in 35 mins) cause i know hill running is great training.

I went to start my yoga yesterday nancy and realized i don't have any dvds! I used to have tapes, but the vcr broke so i gave them away. we're going to walmart tonight so i'll have to try to see if i can pick one up.

Way to go, Jen, with upping your running. I bet your body is loving that! Even doing the simplest of yoga is bringing me wonderful results!

You ladies are really kicking booty! I'm going to have to kick it up a notch or two to keep up with you all!

Did some walking/jogging yesterday that I didn't report, so I'm doing it today. Didn't have the pedometer with. I estimate that it was at least 2 miles, for sure.

I'm getting ready to go out now. So, I'll report back later.

Thursday (yesterday): 35 minutes cardio, 8 minutes glute weights, 2 minutes thigh weights, 12 minutes abs, 10 minutes yoga stretches.

After missing Tuesday, it was hard to get restarted Wednesday, so then I missed 2 days. It was hard to get restarted to do anything yesterday, but I just got myself started, telling myself that it didn't have to be a great workout, just anything. I knew if I missed a third day, it would be that much harder to get restarted again.

During the Fourth of July Exercise Challenge, I think I'll post my exercise there, if that works.

I'll be posting mine everywhere! Besides it racks up my total post count. LOL

I'm not sure I checked in yesterday.:speechless: I should've been a blond!

Yesterday the park was very crowded with baseball and soccer camp kids and their parents. DOG was way too excited! But we did get in almost 2 miles. I was somewhat sore from the day before and really needed a rest day. My joints ached for some reason. Maybe from the coming storm we had this morning. :cloud:

DOG and I walked to the store for a newspaper after it rained.

3619 steps
3488 aerobic steps
186 calories
1.59 miles

I plan on trying to get another walk in ...... if the weather co-operates. :Catfight:
