| Fourth of July Exercise Challenge:Clap: Challenge* yourself to be fitter & lighter & most importantly Healthier come this fourth of July I think it's a good time to start up a challange, it's over a month away... a few weeks totally dedicated to us! I thought we could all post our daily/weekly exercise here Goal by July 4th – be 10lbs lighter Phase: 1 Exercise promise: Walk 30 minutes a day 3x’s a week Come one come all:Singing: chal•lenge (ch l nj):cloud: n. 1. a. A call to engage in a contest, fight, or competition: a challenge to a duel. b. An act or statement of defiance; a call to confrontation: a challenge to the government's authority. | Well I Walked For 30 Mins....then Went Home And Cleaned My Fish Tank......did Some Simple House Chores.....just Had A Salad For Dinner.... Didnt Sit Down Till About 9:00... Thats Key For Me To Keep As Busy As I Can Till Bed Time....if I Sit Down To Early I Start Thinking About What I Have In The Frig...cabinets,,,,ect...and I Put My Self Such In A Munching Mood....thats Bad...so Key Is To Stay As Busy As I Can....well Day One Of July Challenge A Win...we Shall See What The Rest Of The Weekend Brings....good Luck...french | ||||||||||

| I'm a little late, but Ill join you. I don't know if I can lose 10 pounds but I can up my exercise. Water Arobics M-W-F and walking T-TH I wish this rain would quit, its a lot easier to walk when the weather is nice. Today I did an hour of water arobics. | ||||||||||

| I walked a little over 3 miles with DOG this morning. Then I came home, ate lunch and rode my bike for 21 miles. That's around 2 1/2 hours of exercise! Whew! I'm tired now, but it's a good kind of tired! I don't know how much water I drank, but it was a lot for me. I'm not much of a water drinker usually. I'll be back tomorrow! :wave: | |||||||||||

| Yesterday (Friday): 35 min cardio (stationary bike & stairmaster alternating), 4 min upper body light weights, 16 min thighs light ankle weights, 11 min abs It was late, I was falling asleep. I felt like I didn't have the energy to do any exercise. But I remembered how much better I would feel the next day if I did something. I got started, & then it was easier to do more. And since I did some exercise yesterday, I DO feel better today! | ||||||||||

| Yeah, I need to join here, but I have gotten sooo lazy! I'm tired all the time and just wanna sleep. I hope its just timing. Past few days has been getting up with the twins at 3 a.m and then up at 6 with hubby, go back to sleep about 8 and get up at 11. By 8 p.m I am sooo tired! Maybe if I add some workouts I won't be as tired. Goal- lose 9 lbs by the 4th (2.03 lbs a week) workout- 30 min a day clean house instead of sleeping :Sarcastic: | |||||||||||
