Default This week!!

Hey ladies. Last week I worked out everyday. This week im so tired from eating PHase 1 foods, any suggestions? I haven't worked out yesterday or today cause I was so tired just wanted to stay in bed this morning. I can't workout at night cause I have Vacation Bible School every night this week until 9p.m. and I work all day from 8-5, so I have to get up at 5:30a.m. to get my workout in or else it doesn't get done and I can't get out of bed this week. Any suggestions on what I should add to my diet for energy?

Thanks.

Are you off phase 1? How do you have so much energy to do that much cardio? I usually run for 30minutes and man i am so drained, when i eat normally i have tons of energy and can go for miles.

Brownie, your Body is adapting right now to your New WOE, it takes some time to find the energy but, it will come you just need to be patient keep up with it and your energy will return. Your body is used to drawing on High amounts of Cabs for energy when you switch your body to a different form of energy naturally it gets tired cause it's not sure what's going on and it has to adapt to this new enegy source.

You are doing fantastic keep it up, if you can't get in a hard workout try to do some walking in the morning till your enegy returns which it will.

WAY TO GO!!!

Sarah

OK, Bonnie JO the only one that can Get you OFF your Duffer is you but, I can help you to want to.

Do you want to get to your goal weight??? If the answer is yes, get off your but, and work for it, Just do it as I always say quit procrastinating and exercise. DO you wanna look good Naked as well as with clothing on, by exercising not only will you look great naked you will also look great with clothes on and will be more fit toned trim, have less rolls and will fit your clothing that much better. COMMON now I ahve your ATTENTION, you wanna exercise now don't you.

I expect a full report here later on how you defeated the lazy bug and got yourself Moving.

You can do it

Sarah
