| Hello another week I am changing it up a bit added more veggies and lowered my fat even more Loving being able to eat sooo much more. I did my leg workout it was nastie Felt really good though this is what I did. Stiff legged Deadlifts Dropset 15x150lbs,13x140lbs,12x130lbs,12x120lbs,12x110lbs ( no rest between sets) ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/exercise/906-exercise-room-week-june-19th-2006-a.html Quick change hamstring curls superset 30x30lbs 3 minutes rest Leg Extensions Dropset 9x110lbs,7x100lbs,5x90lbs,5x80lbs,7x70lbs (no rest between sets) Quick change Wide legged squats Superset 30x90lbs (heavier next time) 3 minute rest Standing Calf raises Dropset 15x140lbs,10x130lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs,10x100lbs (no rest between sets) Quick change Seated calf raises Superset 30x110lbs 3 minute rest Incline Leg Lifts Dropset 5 sets with Body Weight ( no rest between sets) Quick change Decline benh sit ups 30xBW OH that was nastie my legs were shaking really bad my abs are sore and well it's all good. | I did 30 minutes running 6MPH then I lifted Upper Body weights. | I got my run in It got real crappy outside so I ran for 30 minutes really pushing it Was an awesome sweasting heavy breathing run went 3.5 miles in 30 minutes YA baby then I walked for 10 minutes. Sarah

| Oh, Sarah, you're so close to goal! :Hug1: I've been down in the dumps and have let my exercise slack this past week. I haven't been laying around in bed all week. I just haven't been doing any intentional exercise. DOG and I did go for a short walk this morning. I'm going to try to get it together. We'll probably start walking everyday again. | Hey I have been kinda Lost here lately too. I am not too sure what's up with my but, I feel like I am really Losing it. I ahve to get my head back on straight and quit feeling sorry for myself and Just do it. NO WAY do I wanna gain the weight I lost back and have one bad day turn into 2 months. Right now I am getting a plan together and I am not Gunna sabotage myself any more. I am gunna do it one day at a time and I need to get a goal back together. Seems once I got done my HUGE Goal of running the half I kindfa went down hill from there I am unsure as to why but, it did happen and so I ahve to Make a new better Goal even if it's minutes per month of exercise I need a challenge toget me Psyched again about the Whole thing of losing weight. ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/showthread.php?t=906 SO I totally know what and how you feel but, we have to do this for our health.
