| Exercise for Tuesday! 8789 steps 8181 aerobic steps (79 min.) 397 calories 3.88 miles I'm really, really hoping to get a bike ride in on Thursday, if all goes good. Definitely will be riding this week end. I'm going to try for 30 miles on Sunday. :Biker: I haven't ridden that far since last year! I'd better go take a peek at the weather for this week end and see what's up. I hope it's favorable. :cloud: Thursday 85° / 67° Friday 90° / 72° The week end isn't up yet, but it's sure gonna be hot on Friday! | |||||||||||

| Sorry Guys I was suffering with Migrains and such On Monday but managed to Play soccer with my kids for one hour in the wind up GAme. Tuesday I did Start it up and also lifted leg weights. Today I did the Burn it up Tape and was planning on running but, I have another Headache just hoping it doesn't turn to a Migrain. I ahve been having a lot of them lately and I figure it's cause my meds are out of whack but, I can't get into the Endo till July 24th which sucks sooo bad. I just want these headaches to stop cause they HURT sooo bad. | Hey guys, I am Posting Don't feel well another Blasted Migrain I am not happy at all. I managed to do Burn it Up yesterday for my workout. I will have to start a July thread and do it Monthly rather then weekly and we can keep it going for the month so we don't have to remeber to start a new one. Sarah

| A monthly thread sounds fine. It's not like we're beating 'em off with a stick in here. Hopefully, we'll get more people in the fall. I guess everyone is busy in the summer. I hope you get over your migrianes soon. Took another walk. Did only 2 1/2 miles, but it was a good one. We did quite a bit of bursts of running. Sarah, I'll start a new thread for the entire month of July on Saturday because that will be the first day of that month. Okay? | Thanks sooo MUCH Sweety (((HUGS)) I think I am gunna get a Persc for these Migrains I just can't handle the pain it's horrible. I plan on swimming at the beach tomorrow with 4 kids and maybe going for a rollerblade too that would be fun. Sraah
