| Hi! Name is Vincent, and I have been doing a low carb lifestyle for a year now, and in the last 90 days, I have been doing atkins. I never went past extended induction level due to the amount of weight I want to lose. In the year I have lost over 100 lbs. Anyhow my questions are: 1) switching from atkins to SB, should I do the 2 week phase 1, or can I skip it? 2) will I see a weight gain during the switch? (this is my main worry, since the SB diet is a bit different in its eating style.) I Know I have more, and I am sure I Will ask as I go. Reason why I am switching over because, I am BORED with Atkins even with owl rungs, it wouldnt help, I Still miss certain things, and I believe I Will go nuts soon lol. take care! | ||||||||||

| Welcome to the beach, hope you enjoy your stay!! 1)From what I understand you should go into phase 2 when you switch from Atkins to SBD. 2)You might see a small gain but that will go away as you continue to lose weight.
