| Hi, I'm in desperate need of support. For awhile, I was doing great. Over the past year I had lost 50 lbs and stayed constant, but I veered off working out and slowly started gaining the weight back. I now have the pounds back on and some. I have started working out again and I'm trying to stay with it. It's hard because most days, I just feel too lazy to do so. How can I myself motivated to continue? Please Help!! | ||||||||||
