| I am tired of extra weight.. no w/power at all... We buy a lot of food at home , and we love to eat. Meat , potatoes, and bread is our staples. I need to change the way I think before I change the way I eat, otherwise, I wont be able to stick to the new diet... I will read postings today and review the principles of SBD , so I can be comfortably with meals and foods,but I need lots of support here. The biggest problem for me would be my coffee - I love real strong coffee, but I cannot have it without sugar - I get headaches with Splenda or any other sugar substitudes.. Also, I get stomach pains with any artificial sweeteners... Any advice here??? Thanks a lot, looking foward to meet new friends and get thinner... Dreambabe.. | ||||||||||

| I jsut re-started this week and I feel great. I still have to have plenty of coffee and i switched to sugar free creamer. i may not follow SB to the letter, but absolutely no bread or anything breaded. I really up'd my protein and so far so good. 5 lbs in 5 days. Hope to hear back from you. :Welcome: | ||||||||||
