| Today is my first day back on the SB diet. I feel good about it...I should know what to do since this is my third time around. I just need to stick with it. I think I have reached the highest weight I have ever been 172 pounds and I don't want to gain anymore weight. I fell like I am always losing then gaining. I weighted 146 pounds in mar 07 and have gained about thirty pounds in the last eight months. I feel like a addict....a sugar addict....there really needs to be a 12 step program for this !!!!! | |||||||||||

| Hi Tippy! I'm just starting back up too. I've done it before, and loved it and lost a ton. Then I gained it back because I lost the time in life to eat well and lived off fast food. For the last couple years I've bounced around with the idea of being on SB again, but haven't been strict with it, or consistent. So I'm joining in again too! Let me know if you need a buddy!
