Hi, I first started the sb diet in May of '07 on the advice of my family Doctor. I lost about 15 pounds and was doing really well until I was laid off from my job.It took me several months to adjust to not working and slowly I lost track of my health beachy way of life. Then the holidays and this past week was my 65th birthday. I have not weighted my self yet but my clothes don't fit as well.
This morning I knew it was time to get back on track and re-joining here is my first step. The Beachy way of life is the only thing that has ever worked for me. The first thing I am going to do is clear out the fridge and make a grocery list.
I know I will feel so much better when I get back on track.
