I did the Cabbage soup diet,,i couldn't make it past the 2nd day! I was starving! but it does retrain your tastebuds, South Beach is great, this is the longest I have been able to stay on a diet in years!
this is a GREAT forum, beats anything i was able to find in yahoo groups for sure
