Default Hello from a newbie

Hi all.

today is my Day 11 on Phase 1. i just found this forum a few days ago and just got my account activated. I have nosed around and i really like this place!!!

As of this morning i have lost so far on Phase only 7.8 pounds. i am almost positive the first 3-4 pounds was water weight.

I can't tell anywhere that i have lost it, exept my wedding ring, as i type it swirls around to the bottom Hey, i will take that!

My starting weight was 225.4 and i was at 117.8 this morning.

One thing that has been helping me is i keep a food log on my computer. i put my morning weight on there and log down every single thing that goes into my mouth so far it is working!

I can't wait to see some tips and motivation from all you all and maybe in the future help motivate someone else!

Do we have a daily food log thread where could post what we ate, to get maybe get some ideas from others?

Yes, there is a section for journaling..."Journal our way to 'thin'."...feel free to read mine...T's Journal...I post as often as I can on there and usually share my menu as well. I try not to weigh myself every day...I found that can be discouraging sometimes...

Congratulations on your loss so far! Your doing great!
