| 'Hi...I am new here...my name is Peggy, and I am on day 7. I will weigh in tomorrow for my weeks total. I don\'t want to live on the scale. The week went ok. No real cravings anymore, and I am now just trying to find the in\'s and out\'s to help along the way. I hate that I am thinking about food all day, although I am not in need of eating it...guess its the newness of dieting and having to think about what I am going to eat. I was feeling guilty yesterday because I think I over did it eating sausage and lentil soup plus picking on all of the ingredients while making it, then did the face slap and thought \"I would have eaten plenty of oreos and such\" so I let the guilt dissappear. I would like to lose 30 lbs but will be happy with 20 or 25. Would be eccstatic with an instant gratification of 10 for phase 1, but will be ok with 5. Thats it for my introduction...will appreciate all tips and advice from those ahead of me.' | ||||||||||

| Welcome Peggy! And your right...don't beat yourself up over eating "too much" food that is good for you to begin with woman...lol You're doing great! | Hi Tiny...I am doing ok. I got through P1, and a week into P2. No cravings, and I seem to be getting it all ok. I am down 7 lbs, although today was bad for the 1st time and I ate things I shouldn't have...too much, too. Craving chocolate (pms I guess), and my accountant screwed me last minute and I just spent 6 hours doing the taxes I should not have had to do, so I was munching things I shouldn't have throught that time...it's ok, though...will cleanse with a good P1 day tomorrow and be right on track. What will be hard is that I leave for a week in the Bahamas next Friday...I am going with the attitude that I WILL stay focused, but if I slip up I will regroup...time will tell.
