| My name is Judy. Back in 2006 I lost several pounds on SB and felt very good. Things became super stressful with family matters, work, you know...life and I just have gone downhill! I did try Weight Watchers again, but getting to the meetings became difficult (see family matters above) and work (also above), that didn't last long either. So thanks to Tom, for always including me on email, I've decided to re-commit myself to SB and learn how to eat again and deal with stress without using food as my crutch! I hope I can get a group of supporters here and that I can be a cheerleader/supporter for others because I know I need the help. I must work on my self-motivation..I can do the food, it's the exercise and NOT making time for it..but I am this time, one way or the other. | TOM IS AWESOME!!! If it weren't for Tom, I'd be at least 52 lbs. heavier than I am now...back in November I got a message from him to 'not go off the diet for the holidays!' Hell, I wasn't even on it...so I started Nov. 19th and am now officially back to over 100 lbs. lost....dropped that 52 like no body's business....cause Tom's message...what a guy! Thanks Tom! Great to have you here...if you need ANYTHING...just let me know...I've been around the block here a few times before, but have been back & STRONG now for 6 months and counting...I'm here if ya need me! | Just wanted to touch base with anyone out there who is on Phase 2. I have lost 16 pounds on SBD, and I have never felt so good. I made some oatmeal bars from a recipe I found on this website. Boy were they good. Has anyone else tried them? Majoy | ||||||||||

| great job on the 16 lbs. my friend....way to go! I'm still plunkin' away at my last 12 lbs here on phase 2....I'm almost there! I don't think I have that oatmeal bar recipe...you say you got it on here?...where'd you find it? | |||||||||||
