you may not be eating enough, I had this too the first time I went on SB, it helps to make sure you have a half cup of beans everyday and 2 cups of yogurt. I have been reading the "Gylcemic Index Weight Loss for Dummies" " she advised getting the "Emergan C" powdered drinks, you can find them at Walgreens, by the vitamins, she reccomended the "Electrolyte balancing" kind, I ordered it on Amazon.com, it was pretty reasonable. I also got the liguid B-12 from Amazaon, that she recommends. I did find that I did feel more edgy and anzious before, it has been 3 days for me this time, and it seems to be helping. Are you taking a multi vitamin also?
