Quick dinner ideas? Nothing is easier than throwing together your left overs to make a quick stir-fry. I always keep a bag of 'cole-slaw' in my fridge for when I don't have much time, but have lots of leftovers that don't sound good...that is when I throw this old faithful together....
Spray a pan w/olive or canoil oil spray...toss in some onion, green pepper, what ever veggies you like...leftover beans, broccoli, peas...whatever you have....then toss in some meat (cut up chicken breast, pork, steak, ham...what ever you got)....fry that for a quick few minutes, (just to get warm) then throw in that cabbage & within a minute or two, it's done...you can add a dash of light soy sauce if you want...sometimes I just add a dash of worshshester sauce instead...very quick, uses up your left overs and I have discovered that I actually love the taste of fried cabbage...mmm.
