| Hello, my name is Candice. I am 25, married for 4 years, no kids, no pets, and I live in the middle of nowhere, Kansas! I lost 48 pounds with Weight Watchers, but have managed to gain back 42. I now can barely wear any of my clothes and can't afford a new wardrobe, but I have tons of smaller clothes in the closet. SO I need to lose the weight. Also, I am a binge eater, and every night I binge and go to bed feeling miserable and I don't sleep well at all. I want to be able to end the binge eating, and eat normal healthy portions so I can sleep well and live well and have lots of energy. For my health and well being, I need to lose weight! | ||||||||||

| Welcome Candice! This diet will put an end to those late night munchie attacks for sure!...it takes about 4 days in my opinion...but if you can stick to phase 1 for 4 days...the cravings will pass...when are you starting?..or have you already?...keep us posted & if you have any questions, just ask...that's why we're all here my friend!...good luck! | |||||||||||

| Thanks Tiny! I started Phase 1 yesterday. I packed veggies and low fat cheese to snack on at work, plus I have planned out my meals for the week. So far the thing I miss most is my half and half in my coffee - can't stand fat free half and half or just milk. So for now, I guess I am gonna live without it! But, since I wasn't stuffed last night before bed, I slept alot better! | ||||||||||

| well, Thursdays are my normal weigh in day (even though I started SB on Monday) and so far I have lost 2 pounds! Very happy. Finally the scale is moving in the right direction. I can tell that my cravings are lessening and my stomach is shrinking and normal portions are filling me up just fine. I am REALLY tired of eating veggies at every meal, but just one more week and I can add back my fruit in the mornings! | ||||||||||
