How many servings of grains/starchy veggies and fruits have you added back in so far? very typical to plateau a bit as we transition to P2. sometimes just maintaining your P1 losses is an accomplishment!

Typically it is a good idea to add back in 1 serving a week of one or the other, so the 3rd week would have you with 2 grains/starchy veggies and 1 fruit OR 2 fruits and 1 grain/starchy veggie. And usually better to save flour based grains like breads, tortillas, pita, english muffins, etc. to later in the P2 transition. posting a typical daily P2 menu in the P2 forum here might help as well. good luck!
