I'm new to this bulletin board, I figured it would be a great way to get support, and learn about new recipes!

I just started the diet last week, but went away for the 4th of July and ruined it. So I officially started again today, and hopefully I'll be going strong for the next 2 weeks!

Does anyone have any advice on how to stick with it?

Just do it! P1 is only for two weeks! My wife and I kept saying, "we can do anything for 2 weeks." It gets better/easier in P2 as the food options slowly expand. Plan and prepare. Always have P1 friendly snacks available no matter where you are. Also try not to think of it as going "on" a diet, but ultimately as "changing" your diet. If you say you are going "on" a diet, it implicitly implies at some point you are going to go "off" it and SB is built on the concept that this is a full lifestyle change program. You basically change your diet one time to be healthy and support your activity levels and you just keep going in that new direction and don't look back!
