First Timer

Hello,
Just wanted to join you all here. You keep me motivated everyday. Your stories and posts are very inspiring. I am on day 8 of Phase I. Brand new to SBD and loving it. Finally found something that works for me. Diagnosed with insulin resistance and wanted to get a handle on it and lose some weight as a bonus. I am definetly ready for Phase II, eggs are getting a little old. Thanks for the great information you all provide.:Hug1:

Congratulations!! your 8th. day that's amazing!!
Today is my 3rd. and I'm feeling great, this is my second time in the SBD program and I hope be forever (that is my goal).
I'm insuling resistance too, If I eat bread, pasta, sugars, flour all those yummy stuff but, will reflect in my body and health very very bad.

Enjoy it!! It's fun when you see your weigth in the scale.
