| Hello everyone! Today was my second day on the SBD! So far everything seems to be going well! I haven't had any terrible cravings yet! I decided to do something about my weight...I am so tired of being overweight. I have severe hypothyroidism. my last labs I was only down to a 10. However I am still going to try very hard at loosing weight even if my thyoid doesnt want to work with me! I had actually gone through the whole process of getting a lap band everything but the surgery date! I thought this isnt what I want..I dont want to be limited for ever as to what I can eat.(by limited I mean the textures of foods) So here I am | ||||||||||

| Hi Momof3, I just started today. I have some friends who have had great success with SB. So I decided for some of the same reasons as you to do something about my weight. I have been overweight for some time and discouraged. I read the supercharged book and it all seemed so practical. I am committed to making it through phase one successfully with no cheats.
