| Hello, my name is Christel. I am new to the SB diet, just started today. I am wanting to lose about 30 pounds. I like junk food a little too much, so I am hoping that this diet may help me get past those cravings that seem to literally take over my mind at times. Just thought I would say howdy~ | ||||||||||

| Hi AJSMOM, I too started today. I made it with no problem. The key for me was I packed my lunch and snacks for the day. I think that added to my successful day. | ||||||||||

| Welcome friends! Great to have you both here at the beach!... I'd say that's the best advise I've heard a newbie give...YES...pack your lunch & snacks EVERY DAY!!! I have been doing it for 8 months straight this time around and I'm down 70 pounds...The only time I have issues with eating bad stuff, is when I'm not prepared. So that is great advise my friend! Please keep posting & inform us of your progress as you go along...we're all here to keep each other motivated and help if you run into problems. Sounds like your both off to a great start!
