| Hi all, Just wanted to give a quick helo to everyone. Thanks TOM for reminding me of my committment to this new lifestyle with your email. I swayed from the program for a bit, but tomorrow starts phase 1 all over again. I precooked some foods today for lunch and breakfast and should be good to go. I lost 25 pounds my first two months following this, so I know it works great!!! Back on track tomorrow. I also got the 10 minute trainer video workouts. I cannot wait to start using these as well. 10 minutes of exercise per day (plus my normal walking) will be great with this eating style. Good luck to all. I will keep in touch! | hey angie...welcome back....isn't TOM a life saver?.... He ROCKS! He's pulled me back from the depths of 'fat-dom' twice now and I'm determined to reach my goal this time...I'm not sure where I'd be now if it were not for Tom....he's the man...anyhow, I'm glad he motivated you again and we're all here for you....post away my friend...that's what keeps me motivated...check in every now and then...we'll be around! | |||||||||||
