| Hi my name is Becca, I'm a 31/F seeing great results so far with south beach. I'm only in my second week of phase 1 but I'm feeling really motivated to continue this lifestyle. I hope to meet others here that can help me along the journey. And hopefully one day I'll be able to inspire others with my weight loss! | ||||||||||

| Thanks Tiny T! Well this is my first time with SB. At my highest weight I was 265 but got down to 180 using the weight watchers points system. I reached that goal about a year ago. Since then I gained back 20lbs and saw myself going in the wrong direction and finding that I didn't like the plan I was following anymore. I'm now turning to SB because I've heard that you don't feel deprived and you learn to eat healthy for life. Right now I"m weighing in at 189 and I'm hoping to meet my goal of somewhere between 145-150. I've been overweight most of my life and I'm ready to make a real change. | ||||||||||

| Hi "M"! Good luck to you on the plan. I agree that it's nice to eat real food. I often ate processed food with weight watchers and never felt satisfied. So far I'm finding time for exercise but I know when I get busy it is a challenge. How's it going for you so far? | ||||||||||
