Default Almost new!

I am 37 and have lost weight before on WW. IT has not worked for me lately, adn after reading the SB book, I know why. I also have had no energy for several months, with no medical reason. But now I think there is.
I say almost new becausee I planon starting next Monday. I am one of those people who needs to read everything and get prepared, and I think it will help me succeed. I have never tried to give up carbs, but I can certainly see where they are a problem.
I have been lurking here and appreciate people's honesty and willingness to help. I have also ofund some great recipes. That's another thing-I am determined to cook more, I don;t do it wnough. I am so careful about my kids diets, and now it is time to take care of mine!
Thank you ahead of time, I know I will be here often looking for answers.

Thanks, I know I have to stop thinking that way. I meant all the sugary, bad carbs that leave you feeling slightly ill and still wanting to eat. I will post more next week when I am officially following the South Beach way.
