Smile New to SBD

Just wanted to say hello and say that this is my 2nd day on SBD and so far so good! I started this because I really want to lose around 25 lbs. and also just be healthier. I am an ex-smoker ( it will be a year in Nov.) which contributed to my weight gain. I've never joined any forums before but I really like all the tips, etc. that I've read and figured I could use the support.

Thanks for the welcome and the kudos for not smoking! A year ago at this time my breakfast consisted of cigarettes and coffee and now I'm making eggs at 6:00AM and drinking vegetable juice (BLECH) before I get on my treadmill-what a change for me. I've been on SB for 2 days now and I've lost 3 lbs so far. I have been following the diet to a T and have been drinking 72 oz. of water a day. I'm using Tiny T's suggestion of eating every 3 hours and that really seems to help and I'm so thankful for the S/F jello and S/F fudgesicles - those have been real lifesavers for my sweet tooth. Anyway, I'm really glad that this forum exists because it has given me a lot of great ideas and motivation to stick to this!
