| You can try some SF fiber supplements like metamucil. There are also laxative teas out there that some recommend. Be sure to eat lots of vegetables (minimum of 4.5 cups per day) and include some beans everyday too. It's a common side effect of P1 and usually gets better as you move into P2 and add whole grains and fruits over time. slow weight loss is good weight loss! Most people lose far more weight in P2 if they stay with it than they ever do in P1. It's a longevity based program, not a quick weight loss program. Stay the course, make it a lifestyle and over time, you'll be fine! | |||||||||||
