Default Hello from Delaware

I began SB 3 days ago. My health is not the greatest and my doctor tried me on weight loss pills and no weight lost. LOL so I figured this is a better way to eat so after I stepped on the scales and seen I had shot up to 247 :OMG: pounds I knew it was time. I am really into the new recipes and even park far from work so I have to walk and I feel good already. My goal is 100 pounds so I will keep you update on my progress. Thanks and hi to everyone.

welcome to the beach my friend...it's great to have you here with us...no matter how much you have to lose, we are all here for the same thing, so if you need anything at all, just ask. Thanks Tiny T and glad to meet you. I will really need some help. I am happy through. I know the first few days that you lose water but I weighed myself this morning and have lost a few pounds since Tuesday. That makes me want you really keep it up. Thanks again. I will be talking to you.

Please dont become a slave to your scale....It will be the biggest roller coaster ride of your life...try to weigh in once a week only...

Thanks French. Yes I have decided to weigh in every Monday morning. It also helps that I have a friend at work doing the SB diet with me. I did my first official weighin this morning and have lost 9.5 lbs. this week. WOW that is motivation. Glad to meet you French
