Hello everyone

I'm new to SB...I've dabbled in Atkin's, made it to the 7th day & couldn't handle another egg, the thought of grease was making me ill lol..

I want to start looking after myself by eating healthier food's..I'm 59 now,so I better get my act together

I've been reading 'Kalyn's Blog' and the recipe's there are wonderful!

I look forward to meeting you all

Thankyou for your welcome Tiny T ..

I have all the SB book's, and deffinetly know the diffence between
the program's ( I was going to say the dreaded word DIET) but thought better of it ..There is just so much food!! even the detox I'm full and quite satisfide.. I don't find it restrictive at all!

well it sounds like you have it figured out. But even if your not hungry, please eat all your meals & snacks. That's one of the main factors. Eat something every 3 hours. Keep us posted on your progress, looking forward to hearing of your success!!

I've had a few rough day's..what tiny T say's is right..
I've got to eat every 3 hour's & I haven't been, I let it go,
then dive for the fridge when the growlie's start! by then I
can't seem to satisfy my urge for a 'bad carb fix!! :Hiding:
