| Hi everyone...I am on day 4 of Phase one...I have tried south beach a few times before but never have made it past day 5....I am going to do it this time!! I have 20 pounds to lose, which doesn't sound that bad, but it is hard to lose. This is a nice board..there is a lot I can learn from you guys. I have read the south beach book and done a lot of research on it online. I know it will work I just have to get more disciplined!!! Sarah (starting weight 165 lbs) | ||||||||||

| welcome my friend...20 pounds is do-able...no problem...you can do it my friend. Stick with it...any questions about SB?...glad you've read the book...that (IMO) is the most important thing you can do before starting. Good luck, and let's do this together!
