| hey, just saying hi, and introducing myself and such. i did south beach before a wedding a few years ago and lost twelve pounds. however, i didnt actually get very far past phase one. so this time im starting over from scratch. id like to lose about twenty five pounds. ive been on phase one for three days now. its sort of hard for me, but i know it will be very rewarding. havent really cheated at all (ok, went a little overboard on peanut butter yesterday, but i think thats because i didnt have much protein- im a vegetarian, but i eat fish sometimes....so i guess im a hypocrite). well, i guess thats it for now, but im sure you'll all be subjected to a million questions from me really soon... | ||||||||||

| WELCOME!!! My daughter is an ovo-lacto-pesce vegetarian so I don't see that as being hypocritical at all. Your eating healthily to nourish your body and brain. It's just your plan and your choices. What others think is really immaterial!! | |||||||||||
