Hello to all you fellow South Beachers! My name is Mindi. I live in Wisconsin and have been on Phase I for 11 days. I have done really well and so far have lost 11 pounds! I want to lose another 40 pounds. When I started in January on a regular low fat/high exercise regime I weighed 205. So I have lost 20 pounds, not too shabby if I do say so myself. I exercise 6 days a week: 6 days of cardio and 3 days of strenght training. I'm almost down to my size 12's. Can't wait!

I almost cheated tonight so I decided I need support! My daughter is having a sleep over party so there are lots of snacks: pizza, chex mix, Rice Krispie bars, and a cake! I went as far as heating up 2 slices of pizza and told myself it'd be o.k. In the end I put the pizza down and mixed myself up a Ricotta Cheese dessert and I feel sooo much better about that choice!
Just here for moral support and a place to revert to when my cravings kick in and weakness begins to take over.
