| yes. those with little to lose and are already active are OK to start with P2 and just tighten up their eating habits a bit more. Don't expect dramatic results, but stay with it and hopefully it will work for you over time and likely improve your overall health as well. | |||||||||||

| Phase 1 is actually recommended for those with more than 10 pounds to lose. You should be fine going to Phase 2 now. Add things in slowly though... | |||||||||||

| you can always use a sugar free fiber supplement too. but constipation is often a P1 side effect that improves in P2. | |||||||||||
