Hello from Iowa

Hi I am Heather. I did SBD a couple years back and lost 52 pounds. I am back on day 2 and with a goal of losing 100 pounds. Honestly it feels overwhelming and unreal but I know it is very much needed. I just wanted to say hi and if anyone else started on the 16th I would gladly have a buddy on the same level.

I have been doing this a little longer than you have, but I think once we hit Phase 2, we're all in the same boat anyway -- One day at a time!

how do you get that ticker to post I can't seem to make it work

If you click on my ticker it will take you to the place to make one. What I do (and it may not be the correct way, but it works) is choose my options and make it the way I want it, then copy and paste it into my signature (by using the User CP link at the top left of this page). There are several options that you can copy, and I forget exactly what the one we are supposed to use says, but it's the second option. BB... something, I think. Hope this helps! If not, maybe somebody else can give you better suggestions...

Hey Heather!

Welcome! I started on the 10th, so we are pretty close. Im loving the diet so far...doesn't feel like a diet at all. After just one week, Im feeling a lot better already. I really feel as if this is something I can do...you can do it, too!

Where are you from in Iowa? Im originally from Des Moines. Grew up there, and still visit from time to time. It is such a beautiful state!
