Hi everyone!
I'm usually on the other SB forum, but I thought to check this one out too! I find the forums to be encouraging and help me stay on track, and I love the SB way of life, have been on it since summer 2004.

My weight loss has been slow due to some medical issues, but a loss is a loss and i'm determined not to give up.

Just wanted to say hello!
