| Hi guys, just thought I'd say a quick hello. I've done the SBD before, so know it works for me. I've never felt better than when I'm on the diet, losing weight and eating good, healthy unprocessed foods. Quite why I fell off the wagon I don't know but hopefully I'm getting back on it again. If there are any other newbies out there, stick with it, it works and you'll feel great. Good luck to everybody. | ||||||||||

| Welcome back!! And best wishes on round 2!! I think your feelings about feeling better while eating healthy, minimally processed foods is pretty typical. We really are, to a large extent, what we eat. Also be aware that if you saw a good loss in P1 the first time around, most do not see those same types of results in subsequent returns to "the beach". Nothing wrong with that really other than it appears to often start the expectations vs results disparity game sooner than normal and if you know that going in, maybe you can avoid some early frustrations and focus on the feeling better types of effects first! | |||||||||||
