yeah lots of them!! LOL!!

I think from someone coming from Atkins, I'd just be cautious about mixing the two or thinking SB is "Atkins-lite" and that they are similar and both low carb. SB really doesn't even count carbs and encourages what Atkins might consider high carb/high sugar foods like milk, yogurt, beans, tomatoes and so forth, even in P1. Where Atkins might be more "net-carb" and protein oriented, SB is more ingredients oriented and vegetable oriented. (my interpretation and impression) I personally think SB is a lot more healthy for most people and meshes much better with current scientific and nutritional thinking on what is actually healthy for our bodies. But I have been banned from one combo low carb/SB message board for daring to utter such heresy!!
Really though, just understand that this program works best as a lifestyle change, not as a diet. Once you're in it, stay in it regardless of the minor ups, downs and sideways and just give it time and realize it is a long term process. There is value in going through the process and learning as you go, not just in arriving at the end point. So be willing to invest in the process and invest in yourself!
And of course, simply enjoy the adventure!!
