I so agree, and that is why I am here. I am not using food to get into the shape I want, it's fuel!! I am exercising and doing all kinds of healthy things. Any diet that tells you that an Apple is bad for you is messed up. Anyways, the weight is coming off despite Atkineers telling me there is no way I am losing weight and still drinking lite beer, and going to Genkis Khan restraunt and having brown rice now..well I lost 3 pounds this weekend..lol...of course I jogged, rode my bike and weight trained.
I think the Atkins people rely on diet to control their weight as opposed to being just a slice of the pie in the equation...mmmmm pie..lol....
