| I had my last hamburger last night. I just had a baby last October and am trying to lose weight. I am also breastfeeding which i thought would help me lose weight but instead I started gainin. So this morning i weighed 174!! Looking to lose about 40 pounds! But more importantly change my bad eating habits for life. I want to be a good role model for my daughter. Leticia | ||||||||||

| Great motivation indeed! Our whole family eats so much better and healthier this way, I wish we had done it sooner while they were still much younger. (Our girls are both teenagers now.) Breast feeding moms should start in P2 though and probably a good idea to review food lists and the meal model with your pediatrician and/or ob/gyn for good measure!
