| well tomorrow is the day. going food shopping tonight. i have somewhat of a meal and snack plan worked out. knowing me it will probably change though. only buying four days food though, just to see how things go together or not. thanks for the support so far. bluefox | ||||||||||

| I started this new lifestyle on Monday 04/27/09 and so far I haven't found it to be difficult at all. I thought it would be for me giving up the foods I like but I've actually started feeling more alert and focused compared to before. I wish you much luck and success. | ||||||||||
