Hello everyone!!
I'm Kat, a stay at home mom of 4 and love being on the beach since feb 23 2009. I did SB back in '06 and lost 20 lbs but gained it back when we moved. So far I have lost 11lbs and have about 25 lbs til i'll be to my before kids weight. I have noticed doing SB this time I know it's not a "diet" but feels like so much more. If i get bored with something I find new recipes to try. Some of my kids don't eat this way and cooking for them i'm not tempted at all, which I am totally surprised at. My oldest daughter graduates in june and i want to look better in a dress. I am only 4ft 10 so ever pound shows on me like 10.
I'm loving every minute of the beach and feeling wonderful....
