SB is working!

Hello,
My name is Saya. I’m from Moscow, Russia.
For about a week I was seeking for detailed information about SB and forum.

I’ve bought a book but I still needed inspiration and support, also I had a lot of questions about Phases,
good carbs, nutrition and recipes.
I found this forum at last. It’s very useful, and I’m sure that it will help me to improve my figure and lose 40-45 lbs.
My weight – 154 lbs.
Height – 5 ft 1 in
BMI - 29.1
Target weight - 110 lbs.
I’m suffering from asthma, high glucose level and allergies. I tried a lot of diets, pills etc. But I couldn’t keep it more than 3 days.
But with SB I’ve broken my record!
I’m on phase 1 for a week. And I like it , I’ve lost about 6,6 lbs and haven’t cheated at all.
So I want to say hello to all members. Thank you for this wonderful board.

You are welcome! How is it going? Any questions you are still wondering about? And also just wanted to say this program "works" best as a lifestyle change type of program, rather than just as a "diet" you do for awhile and then go back to your old habits. The real goal is to permanently change how you eat and hopefully your activity levels too! Think consistency and longevity, not necessarily perfection! (although eating a "clean" P1 is a good thing too!)
