Hi Everyone!
I'm heading back to the Beach on Tuesday, 5/26. I've been on SB in the past...about 3 years ago and lost 40 lbs....had some family emergencies since and my eating habits went to pot. I've tried just about everything and SB is the only one that my body felt good on. Also, I never felt like SB was a diet...it was a way of life. My husband also loves SB and will be joining me on the 26th.

I think this time, what will make the difference in us stickin' with the program is that we are exercising. The last time we just ate better, but didn't exercise. We both feel that was our downfall...exercise & better eating habits go hand-in-hand.
Anywho....I have 80 lbs. to lose...I don't care how long it takes, as long as I'm NEVER at this weight again! My DH & I are 42, no kids and live in New Jersey.
I look forward to meeting everyone....learning tips...getting support and just chatting.
